Fan Shiqiang’s works are inspired by the Chinese traditions over thousands of years, including the culture of porcelain, Qigong and Wushu as well as the wedding. He uses pure and strong colour as well as simple backdrop to represent the traditional side of Chinese people’s life in this modern world.
