“Beyond Nature”Li Zesong Solo Exhibition

Yun Nan contemporary artist Li Zesong uses canvas to create his own pictorial language based on the pattern of “traditional Chinese ink painting”. His paintings attempt to convey the core of Chinese ancient life philosophy, which is the co-existence between mankind and nature. However Li Zesong’s works are beyond nature, he intends to use traditional scenery to pay his homage to Chinese traditional culture and spirit, The paintings also show his admiration to the true feeling and love.

新生代艺术家李泽嵩的作品以架上绘画方式为载体，融合了具有东方特色的艺术形式和西方艺术媒介的方式。李泽嵩的作品不但延续了传统文化脉络，更带领我们一起思考和揭示身处在这个时代进程中人与人、人与社会、人与自然、现代与传统、西方与本土之间的情感联系和矛盾存在。

在此次个展中，艺术家试图通过作品把“山水”一词之意放大，令观者感受到的是其大气广博的文化内涵，一种对传统文化的尊重以及对山水精神的美好向往之情怀
