Artist Wang Qifeng respects and admires the traditional scholor’s life style in ancient China. This has inspired him to a modern representation of ancient Chinese beauties and gardens. Their elegance and poetry; their aesthetic values; the harmony of their co-existence with nature… This exhibition shows the ideal way of life that Wang Qifeng dreams of.

“游园” – 王奇峰油画个展

这次画展主题的内容由人物和园林两部分组成，在精神气质上是一致的，并置在一起给静止的画面以流动的空间。游园从意境和内容 都恰好体现出这钟情境。在如今中国当代艺术的滚滚洪流中，艺术家王奇峰先生逆流而上，寻找中国古代经典人文 精神的再现。他画中的人物，场景都是虚拟的，不表现哪朝哪代。但这些画表达了画家个人对理想生命的向往–人 与自然的静谧和谐。
