“Civilization and Nature” – Wang Qifeng Solo Exhibition

After several journeys to Europe, artist Wangqifeng attempts to discover different understanding towards the relation between human civilisation and nature based on Chinese and Western culture. This exhibition shows the perspective of the artist how the Chinese brings the nature into their civilisation while the Westerner tends to build their civilisation into the nature.

这次画展，画家在东、西方不同的文化背景下探讨人类文明与自然的关系，当代西方人把文明复制在自然中，而东方古人把自然浓缩在文明中。画家用其充满诗情画意的绘画语言引领观众感受其中的微妙。
